The James Ward Mansion and Farinolio Cucina will welcome you to our farm to table cooking class where you will learn traditional and rustic flavors from Italy. Laura will share her family’s recipes and you will learn the secret that renders Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la famiglia e gli amici.
You will create great memories in the cucina and around la tavola, you will also learn how important it is to use fresh and genuine ingredients to make a good and simple meal!

Formaggio e Vino - It’s not a real cooking experience without some cheese and a complimentary glass of Lambrusco!
Verdure arrosto - Roasted seasonal vegetables served with two different varieties of homemade dressings
Orecchiette alla leccese - Homemade orecchiette with tiny meatballs served with sugo di pomodoro
Le mele di Nonna Renata - Baked stuffed apples served with zabaione
The menu contains gluten, eggs, dairy, meat and nuts.
